DIN2391 ST30Al Precision Seamless Steel Pipe, Flaring Without Crack
1. Description
DIN2391 ST30 AI precision cold-rolled seamless steel pipe, after cold drawing, pickling, cold rolling and high temperature heat treatment, the steel pipe surface is bright and smooth, with high precision and high finish. This kind of steel pipe has low carbon content and very low silicon content, and its hardness, tensile strength and yield strength are slightly lower than those of other steel grades. However, due to this feature, it is easier to be reprocessed, and its process performance is excellent, such as bending steel pipe. Steel pipe can bear high pressure and impact, especially suitable for hydraulic machinery and auto parts industry. This steel pipe is widely used in hydraulic equipment, die casting machinery, engineering machinery, automobile industry, and chemical fiber.
Size: 6mm-168mm.
W.T.: 0.8mm-12mm.
Shape: Round.
Production type: Cold drawn or cold rolled.
Length: Single random length/ Double random length or as customer’s actual request max length is 10m.
Grade: St30 Si, St30 Al, St35, St45, St52.
2. Surface Quality
There are generally three delivery states.
A. NBK state (no oxidation bright heat treatment) Features--- high precision, good finish, no oxide layer.
B. Black phosphating state Features--- bright in black, good color, strong rust resistance.
C. Galvanizing State Features--- meet special requirements
