1. Description
The content of carbon and manganese in DIN2391 ST45 precision seamless steel pipe is relatively high. In terms of physical properties, its hardness, tensile strength and yield strength are relatively strong. After cold drawing, pickling, and cold rolling heat treatment processes, the inner and outer walls are free of oxide layer, and the accuracy of the inner and outer walls is very high. The mechanical properties can meet the requirements of bending at any angle. Moreover, it can withstand high pressure, cold bending without deformation, flaring without crack, flattening without crack and other excellent properties. This brand of precision steel pipe is mainly used in hydraulic steel pipe, injection molding machine steel pipe, marine steel pipe, EVA foaming hydraulic machinery, hydraulic equipment, and high-pressure oil pipe die-casting machinery.

Production type: Cold drawn or cold rolled.
Length: Single random length/ Double random length or as customer’s actual request max length is 10m.
Grade: St30 Si, St30 Al, St35, St45, St52.
2. Surface Quality
There are generally three delivery states.
A. NBK state (no oxidation bright heat treatment) Features--- high precision, good finish, no oxide layer.
B. Black phosphating state Features--- bright in black, good color, strong rust resistance.
C. Galvanizing State Features--- meet special requirements
