1. Description
DIN2391 ST30 Si precision seamless steel pipe is a cold-rolled high-precision seamless steel pipe. Its wall thickness and outer diameter are very well controlled, and its surface cleanliness is high. The carbon content of this steel pipe is low, and its hardness, tensile strength and yield strength are slightly lower than those of other steel grades. The advantage is that it is easier to rework and its process performance is excellent, such as U-bend. Steel pipe can bear high pressure and impact, especially suitable for hydraulic machinery and auto parts industry. The features of this steel pipe: no deformation in cold bending, no crack in expanding, flattening, suitable for various industries requiring bending deformation processing.
Size: 6mm-168mm.
W.T.: 0.8mm-12mm.
Shape: Round.
Production type: Cold drawn or cold rolled.
Length: Single random length/ Double random length or as customer’s actual request max length is 10m.
Grade: St30 Si, St30 Al, St35, St45, St52.
2. Surface Quality
There are generally three delivery states.
A. NBK state (no oxidation bright heat treatment) Features--- high precision, good finish, no oxide layer.
B. Black phosphating state Features--- bright in black, good color, strong rust resistance.
C. Galvanizing State Features--- meet special requirements
