At present, the most major export grades are: 1010, 1020, 1035, 1045, 4130, 4140 . Customers choose according to their own actual needs. ASTM A519 tubes is used to manufacture seamless steel pipes for containers, equipment, pipe fittings and steel structures, automobile pipes, medium and low pressure boiler pipes, liquid pipes and electric heater pipes.
We are specialized in exporting all kinds of ASTM A519 1010 seamless steel tubes for machinery. These mechanical pipes are made of carbon steel and alloy steel by cold drawing or hot rolling. Great properties for making machinery arms, automobile parts and bickle parts.
The chemical composition and physical properties are strictly controlled during the production of steel pipe to ensure that the customer's use, the tolerance of outer diameter and wall thickness can fully meet the standard requirements. The steel pipe surface can be sprayed, painted, oiled and passivated according to the customer's requirements. There are many ways to pack products, such as bare packing, simple packing and wooden box packing. Please refer to ASTM A519 table as below for grades.

Customers specify the standard, size and length of seamless steel pipe, we make one-to-one production according to the order. The minimum order quantity is 2 tons per size. As it is customized, customers need to provide the steel grade (standard), outer diameter, wall thickness, length and demand of seamless steel pipe when inquiry.
