1. Description
DIN CuZn37 is a brass zinc alloy composed of 63% brass and 37% zinc. This grade brass tube is light in weight, good in thermal conductivity and with high strength in low temperature . It is often used to low pressure liquid, manufacture motor vehicle engine, automobile oil pipe, and bathroom water pipe. Small diameter brass zinc alloy pipe is often used to transport pressure liquid (such as lubrication system, oil pressure system, etc.) and equipment pressure pipe.
Brass tube has the following good side: brass tube material is very hard, difficult to corrosion, in addition, it is also resistant to high temperature and high pressure, can be used in various conditions. Compared with other materials, pipes of other materials have many disadvantages. For example, galvanized steel pipes used 20 years ago, as residential pipes, are very easy to rust. After using for a period of time, the water will turn yellow and the water flow will become smaller. In addition, there are some other materials of the pipe strength will be rapidly reduced at high temperature, when hot water will produce unsafe risks. But the melting point of brass is as high as 1083 degrees centigrade, so the temperature of hot water system is not a problem for brass pipe at all.
