DIN CuZn33 Common Brass Seamless Tubes For Heat Exchanger And Lubricating System
1. Description
DIN CuZn33 seamless brass pipe has very good plasticity (the best one among brass) and high strength. It has good machinability and is easy to weld. It is very stable for general corrosion, but easy to produce corrosion cracking. It is the most widely used variety of common brass.
The strength of DIN CuZn33 seamless brass tube is higher than that of copper tube (but in common brass, it is the lowest). It has good conductivity and thermal conductivity, and has high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. Moreover, it has good plasticity, is easy to be processed by cold and hot pressure, is easy to be welded, forged and tinned, and has no tendency of stress corrosion cracking. Usually used for oil pressure system, like lubricating system.
Brass pipe has many advantages in one, it has the high strength of general metal, and it is easier to bend, twist, crack and break than common metal, and has certain ability of frost expansion and impact resistance. Therefore, once the brass water pipe is installed in the water supply system of the building, it is safe and reliable to use, even without maintenance and maintenance.
Because of its hard material, hard corrosion resistance, high temperature and high pressure resistance, brass pipe can perform well under various conditions. Compared with other materials, we can see its advantages. For example, in the past, many residential buildings used galvanized steel pipes as water pipes. However, galvanized steel pipe often rusts, and after a period of time, tap water will turn yellow and have rust smell. The tubes of other materials become soft and deformed at a little temperature, especially when hot water is supplied. In comparison, the melting point of brass is as high as 1083 degrees centigrade, and the temperature of general hot water system is no problem for brass pipe.
